Meg helped me change my life.
I am not exaggerating when I say this. She helped me to achieve something I did not believe was possible, she helped me shift my mind set to start believing that consistency was the key and for that I will be eternally grateful.
Her sessions were always fresh and challenging ... I might even go so far as to say fun. I walked away from every session with a sense of achievement and a renewed sense of energy. She was supportive and adaptive when several months into my training I was injured at work and could no longer train the way I had previously done. She researched, refined and adapted our training to allow me to rehab my injury whilst still achieving my goals. Two years after reaching my goal later I have maintained and have continued to grow strong through Meg’s support and guidance.
