When I started with Meg, I relied heavily on her to take responsibility for my outcomes. If I didn’t log a day on MFP, or skipped training, there would’ve been something that she could’ve told me that would make me do it. Well, there is. She put the responsibility back on me. Consistently and continually. She made me face my crap.
I’m now a bad boss b*tch that takes responsibility and ownership for my life - not just nutrition and training - and have learnt that I am truly the only one that can create change.
I’ve also learnt that consistency is the secret sauce to life. That isn’t PERFECTION, by the way. I rarely get to the gym and have a perfect session. I rarely fulfill my macros 100%. But over time, my actions are like compound interest, and it’s resulted in losing 16kg and feeling the best I’ve ever felt in my life.
Don’t pick Meg because you want someone to do it for you. Pick Meg because she will 10000% make you responsible, and THAT is what will change your life.
