GOAL: FAT LOSS
Meg helped me change my life. I am not exaggerating when I say this.
She helped me to achieve something I did not believe was possible, she helped me shift my mind set to start believing that consistency was the key and for that I will be eternally grateful. Her sessions were always fresh and challenging ... I might even go so far as to say fun. I walked away from every session with a sense of achievement and a renewed sense of energy. She was supportive and adaptive when several months into my training I was injured at work and could no longer train the way I had previously done. She researched, refined and adapted our training to allow me to rehab my injury whilst still achieving my goals. Two years after reaching my goal later I have maintained and have continued to grow strong through Meg’s support and guidance.
I just want to say thank you sooo much for everything you have taught me and the knowledge and tools you have given me. I am honestly the best version of myself these days and YOU have made me into that... I can't thank you enough for showing me my worth and what I'm capable of!

GOAL: FAT LOSS 37kgs down for Brittany! Starving myself isn't the solution! It took A LOT for me to get that through my head. It's not some scary outside force making me fat, it's me. I look the best I ever have!
Before doing Meg’s 12 week challenge I attempted numerous diets and tried working with a PT on another challenge but I never achieved the results I wanted because I didn’t get tailored guidance or any education (particularly on nutrition which is what I found the hardest).
After her challenge I was SO happy with my results - I was eating more calories than I ever thought was possible when trying to lose body fat, and lifting the heaviest I ever have!
When the challenge ended I started 1:1 coaching as I still wanted to gain more muscle and push myself further. I’m currently 6 weeks into a building phase, eating 2000 calories a day (at 157cm shawt) and feeling stronger than ever!
Admittedly, I was feeling kinda uncomfortable despite Meg constantly reassuring me that it was a part of the process, so I compared my previous challenge results to my current body (pictured) and could not believe the difference!
I look the best I EVER have. I cannot thank Meg enough for the support, guidance and knowledge she’s provided me with that I will take into my every day life forever.
What's even MORE insane is I've done more 8 week challenges than you've probably had roast dinners and I have NEVER EVER had results like this. I never knew I could enjoy my life so much while still achieving my goals, you've honestly changed my life.
