Meg helped me change my life. I am not exaggerating when I say this.

 

She helped me to achieve something I did not believe was possible, she helped me shift my mind set to start believing that consistency was the key and for that I will be eternally grateful. Her sessions were always fresh and challenging ... I might even go so far as to say fun. I walked away from every session with a sense of achievement and a renewed sense of energy. She was supportive and adaptive when several months into my training I was injured at work and could no longer train the way I had previously done. She researched, refined and adapted our training to allow me to rehab my injury whilst still achieving my goals. Two years after reaching my goal later I have maintained and have continued to grow strong through Meg’s support and guidance.

Meg Tovey personal training changed my life.


Meg isn’t just a health and fitness coach, she’s a life coach, and a mentor.

She changes all aspects of your world through her passion for health and fitness.We’ve been working together for 2 years and Meg has been there with and for me through many highs but also many lows.
Once I started actually listening to her, my health and fitness world changed.
I dropped 8KG and kept it off only after fully committing to her program for 3 short months.

Meg is a good friend, a great role model and a phenomenal coach.

I look the best I ever have!


Before doing Meg’s 12 week challenge I attempted numerous diets and tried working with a PT on another challenge but I never achieved the results I wanted because I didn’t get tailored guidance or any education (particularly on nutrition which is what I found the hardest).
After her challenge I was SO happy with my results - I was eating more calories than I ever thought was possible when trying to lose body fat, and lifting the heaviest I ever have!

When the challenge ended I started 1:1 coaching as I still wanted to gain more muscle and push myself further. I’m currently 6 weeks into a building phase, eating 2000 calories a day (at 157cm shawt) and feeling stronger than ever!
Admittedly, I was feeling kinda uncomfortable despite Meg constantly reassuring me that it was a part of the process, so I compared my previous challenge results to my current body (pictured) and could not believe the difference!

I look the best I EVER have. I cannot thank Meg enough for the support, guidance and knowledge she’s provided me with that I will take into my every day life forever.

What's even MORE insane is I've done more 8 week challenges than you've probably had roast dinners and I have NEVER EVER had results like this. I never knew I could enjoy my life so much while still achieving my goals, you've honestly changed my life.

Meg has not only given me something I once thought was impossible but has also given me the knowledge, confidence and encouragement to embrace my fears. 

 

I’m now a healthy 66kgs and for the first time since I was 12 years old I’m kind to my body and love what I see staring back at me.

It is a great feeling - knowing you don't have to starve!

Before MGTVY coaching I’d sometimes not eat at all during the day, but would binge at night or over a weekend. I’d have no motivation to go to the gym or go for a walk. And I used to be in such bad mental state. But that is rarely the case now, Lauren and Meg have been so helpful!

 

I am blown away by the amount of calories I have been able to increase & still losing/maintaining my weight! It is a great feeling - knowing you don’t have to starve. 

 

If you’re on the fence about signing up or booking a free consult call, it can’t be worse than not trying at all! I was on the fence for a while, eventually I just looked in the mirror, and said this needs to change. But I couldn’t do it on my own.

I have been apart of the MGTVY team for almost a year and when I started, I was super down in the dumps about my body image. I have worked with coaches before and have done more online challenges than I can think of, but this is the first time I’ve been able to say I am proud of myself in all aspects.

Emotionally, Mentally and Physically I’ve struggled and gave up multiple times, but I can proudly say that this time I have always picked myself back up again and stuck with it. 

I always tell myself this is a marathon not a sprint and it has been a mind battle to realise things don’t happen over night and good things take time. Being apart of Meg’s team has opened up all new ways for myself and my journey. I have gained confidence which I never knew I could have, I have gained strength in all areas of my life, and I have gained a passion for fuelling my body with good food, exercise and most importantly a healthy mindset. 

The team photoshoot was such an empowering day, being around such like minded women who come together to support one another. I know I can speak for myself and the other girls that Meg and Sheoni put their heart and soul into the day being perfect, which made everyone feel super comfortable and relaxed. 

Not only is Meg an amazing coach, she’s a friend who I will always reach out to for any advice or guidance.

She [Meg] is the biggest hype girl and always knows how to make you feel good about yourself.

Before I signed up to coaching with MGTVY I was constantly seeking challenge after challenge and completing restricted diets but ultimately having only short lived success. Once the challenges were complete I was able to maintain the weight loss for a while but would eventually fall back into to my old habits and the weight would come straight back on., and in a worse position with a negative mindful frame due to the yo-yo dieting.

 

I finally bit the bullet, decided to invest in myself and jumped on a call with Meg and I was met with a lot of support. I was able to chat about all of my goals and delve deeper into WHY my previous attempts to better myself have not worked. It was amazing to have both Meg and Lauren there from the beginning to guide me in the right direction. Lauren has always been there to answer my gazillion questions and always happy to share her insights and ideas to help me get through it. She is the biggest hype girl and always knows how to make you feel good about yourself. Even though we have never met in person I feel like she knows me so well and is the biggest support.

 

Since beginning coaching I have finally felt like I was able to start achieving my goals. I have been able to still go out with friends and my partner and still enjoying eating out and drinking as much as I want. Although I am aware that means I won’t meet my goals as quickly, I believe it means I can create sustainable life choices moving forward. I have been able to loose weight and notice changes in my body, all whilst still living my best life and ultimately that is a win for me.

Although from the get go I was a little apprehensive and not wanting to spend the extra money, I am so glad I finally chose to invest in myself as the results and the work are clearly paying off!
