I'm Meg! Founder of MGTVY
With an industry now completely flooded with bull$h!+ pseudoscience, how is anyone supposed to know what the most efficient, and SUSTAINABLE way to achieve their goals is?
With a background in Accredited Sports Nutrition, and a decade of experience coaching clients to lose fat and build muscle, I understand that achieving your goal body is a science, but getting there is a behaviour. That’s why we aren’t just another training program and nutrition plan (because anyone can google that, right?!) - We are here to educate and empower you to unf$%k your relationship with food, build body confidence, and create a flexible routine & lifestyle that facilitates SUSTAINABLE results.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is this coaching different from a generic workout plan?
Unlike generic programs, this coaching provides a fully personalised, periodised training and nutrition plan tailored to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle, with ongoing adjustments to ensure progress.
Do I need access to a gym?
Your training schedule is fully customised, so whether you prefer gym workouts or home-based training (or no training at all - yes you can still get incredible weight loss results without it), your plan will be tailored to suit your available equipment and environment.
Whats the time commitment for me?
When you start, we get super clear on what your CURRENT weekly schedule looks like - this means we can tailor your plan specifically to that. Our goal is to get you the results you want and the only way we can do that is if you can stick to the plan which means the plan needs to work for your unique schedule!
What level of support will I receive from the coaches?
Unlike most programs online these days, you'll have DIRECT 1 on 1 message access to your MGTVY coaches for guidance, questions, and accountability as much as you need! Plus fortnightly personal check-ins to track progress and tweak your plan to any changes life throws your way.
What if I have dietary restrictions or specific nutrition goals?
Your nutrition plan is created from scratch, fully customised based on your dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals, ensuring a flexible approach that works for your lifestyle (no 2 of our clients have the same plan - ask them, or scroll down and watch the videos below!).
Will I have to eat different
to my family
When you start we get clear on what your home life looks like so that we can create a plan that is sustainable for you and your family! We work with dozens of women who are cooking for their partner and/or kids and other family members (and our coaches do too) so we get it!
