Transform your life with our proven 4 pillar method
In the stunning Byron Bay hinterland, where luxury blends seamlessly with nature's serenity to support your growth
Your thoughts and beliefs are the architects of your reality. With support from psychologist, Emma Peterson, we will be diving deep into your past experiences, uncovering the hidden pathways that have led you to where you are today. By understanding your unique triggers and recognising what holds you back, you’ll gain clarity on how self-sabotage manifests in your life. We are going to RADICALLY shift your beliefs and identity, IN REAL TIME empowering you to embrace the changes needed to create the life you desire.
We will be educating you on the no-fluff nutrition fundamentals, and actually workshopping together to create a TANGIBLE plan tailored specifically to you. Whether you’re aiming for a 10, 20, or 30kg weight loss, you’ll leave set up for success AND sustainability. We’ll address the common challenges of creating lasting habits and embodying a healthy lifestyle, focusing on strengthening your cognitive flexibility, delayed gratification, self-discipline and healthy communication.
We will explore how your upbringing and existing environment—both the physical space and the people you spend time with — impacts your concept of self and is holding you back from your desired body and well-being. By stepping outside your 'normal', we’ll create space for your new self-concept to thrive. We will also give you tools to overcome any fears of judgement and other obstacles you may face when you leave, so you feel confident to embrace the change.
We will be delving into how chronic stress and avoidance have led to a disconnect between your mind and body. By incorporating practices like mindful eating, grounding, breathwork, and journaling, you will develop your internal consciousness and emotional regulation. These tools will empower you to take control over your mental and physical state, aligning them with the woman you want to become, rather than letting them control you.

You avoid looking at yourself in the mirror when getting dressed, feeling ashamed and disgusted with your body, setting a negative tone for the day
You constantly criticise yourself when trying to find an outfit for the day nothing fits well so you feel frustrated and uncomfortable
You feel anxious at the thought of stepping on the scales because you know it will trigger feelings of failure and powerlessness.
The thought of what to eat every single meal is a mental battle between what you want and confusion about what you think you ‘should’ have
You are so disconnected from your body and feel out of control because you use food to soothe your stress, loneliness, or sadness which only leads to shame and in turn, binge eating episodes.
You feel isolated from social events involving food, fearing judgment from others about how you look or what you choose to eat
You resent even the thought of exercise because its always been a form of punishment for overeating or for being overweight
You feel helpless because of so f$%cking many past failed attempts to lose weight
There is underlying tension within your relationships which cause you to withdraw because you feel like no one understands your struggles
You go to bed every night with a heavy heart feeling like you’ve failed again, which only impacts your sleep and sets you up the next day even less motivated to change, feeling trapped in a cycle you can’t break.
How would it feel to:
Look at yourself in the mirror with confidence when getting dressed, feeling proud of your body, and setting a positive tone for the day.
Find joy in choosing an outfit, appreciating how well your clothes fit and how comfortable they make you feel, starting the day with confidence.
Step on the scales with calmness and clarity, feeling empowered by your progress and in control of your journey.
See each meal as an opportunity to nourish your body AND enjoy the foods you love, with clarity and confidence in your choices.
Feel in control of your emotions and food choices, using healthy outlets for stress and emotions, leading to a balanced and empowering relationship with food.
Look forward to social events involving food, feeling confident in your appearance and choices, and being fully present with the company.
Embrace exercise as a joyful way to care for your body, celebrating what it can do and how it makes you feel stronger and more energized.
Lose the 10, 20 or 30kgs and feel so deeply embodied in this new version of yourself that it’s EASY to maintain
