- Total Transformation is for those who want a full-body transformation, focusing on creating your best, balanced physique.
- You have the choice of 2 OR 3 lower body days, and 2 OR 3 upper body days, depending on what areas you want to focus more on and if you want to train 4, 5 or 6 days per week!
- Personal log in to my custom app.
- Video demonstrations and thorough explanations from myself.
- The ability to substitute exercises specific to your gym/any current injuries.
- The ability to track your daily progress in the gym as well as via body measurements and photos.
