After 8 years in the fitness industry, it still frustrates me to no end when there’s still so much bulls**t flooded in the fitness industry.
I know just how frustrating it is when you’ve tried to follow every nutrition plan under the sun and it hasn’t worked.
We know that life is ALWAYS going to have barriers but the BEST plan is one that allows you to work around these barriers (sustainability) to make the barriers affect you less and less every time.
That’s why I’ve combined all of my knowledge into this easy to digest 6-week challenge to give you all of the tools to stay consistent over the long haul.
