15 week program

This is for you if you are:
- Beginner or Intermediate who has taken time off training
- Wanting to build a healthy relationship with the gym and learn to incorporate it comfortably within your lifestyle
- Wanting to starts training 3x per week and work up to 5x per week over the 15 weeks

TRAIN AT HOME

6 week program

No gym, no problem! Get results in the comfort of your own home with no equipment needed.

This is for you if you are:
- Beginner to advanced (options to increase difficulty in the App if needed!)
- Wanting to train 2-5x per week

It wasn't until I uploaded my photos like I do every week and thought I should look back and all I can say is WOW. I have been with you for only 9 weeks and difference I'm already seeing (and feeling) is insane. What's even MORE insane is I've done more 8 week challenges than you've probably had roast dinners and I have NEVER EVER had results like this.

During these last 2 months I've had takeaway, gone out for drinks, fallen off the bandwagon a couple of times but how crazy is it with all of that I have made sooo much more progress than I ever did with my "eating rabbit food at 1500 cals a day" 8 week challenge. I'm down 5-6kgs (halfway to my goal) and couldn't be happier.

So I just wanna say thank you soooo much!! I never knew I could enjoy my life so much while still achieving my goals, you've honestly changed my life ♥️
